You may or may not have noticed that advertisers on Instagram can perform some witchcraft in the form of multiple photos in a single post, allowing you to swipe through them horizontally.
Jealous? Of course you are. It’s alright though, you’ll soon be able to post like 10 pictures of your cat in one go, because they’re making it available to everyone pretty soon.
The latest Android beta version of the app hints at a wider rollout of the nifty feature to all users, but there’s no word on when exactly this will be.
Rather than tapping a single photo to post, you give it a long-press which will allow you to select up to 10 images or videos to whack up in one go. You’ll have the option to apply the same filter to all of them or tap on each one to give it’s own before you post it all to a single gallery.
Your mates can like the entire gallery or individual pictures if they feel that such an act is necessary. That’s a flagrant display of too much free time, if you ask me.
I, for one, look forward to seeing 10 different versions of the same bland sunset from your dad’s holiday house in Mollymook very soon.
