INSERT COIN TO CONTINUE: Timezone Is About To Make One Helluva Comeback

Remember Timezone? I spent so many hours crushing fools in Time Crisis, beating the ever-loving shit out of some alligators for tickets and watching that one dude who’s freakishly good at Dance Dance Revolution. Every Timezone had that guy.

Well get ready to relive your gangly teenage years, because Timezone is making a comeback. And it’s a bloody big one, mates.
The arcade titans are planning to double their venues across Australia and Asia. Are you even ready for that kind of fun?
As of right now, Timezone have 186 stores worldwide – 70 in Indonesia, 50 in the Philippines, 25 in India, 8 in Singapore and 8 in New Zealand. We had about 50 stores up until the 90’s, with many closing down as people began to realise you could play better games at home on a Nintendo 64
Last year, the franchise opened 5 new stores in Australia with more on the way. Along with the classic games, the company are apparently going up against the likes of Strike, offering both bowling and laser tag.
See you at the Time Crisis arcade, suckers. Loser has to spend like 15 bucks on the claw machine to get the winner (me) a piece of cheap junk of their choosing.
