They’ve introduced the Home app, which will give you the option to control your home lights and appliances from your phone. Of course, you’ll need to buy the supported products first.
Apple Maps will offer a wider range of options, like inviting friends to the desired location and sending them the directions. You’ll also be able to pay for goods at the location via Apple Pay and order yourself an Uber.
Your camera will recognise features and faces in your photos and make Memories suggestions based on what it sees. Creepy, but cool.
The news feed is gonna be sorted and way easier to read, rather than just presenting you a long feed of jumbled crap. Hallelujah.
Music has been completely redesigned to make it simpler and easier to use.
Ya phone app will have a voicemail transcription service and making phone calls from other apps like WhatsApp will be built into it, rather than making you go to the individual app.
When you send links via a message, your recipient will get a preview of the page, much like iMessage.
Emoji will be 3 times bigger and emoji suggestions will be made based on certain keywords. This is the best slice of the pie, folks.
