Amazon Delays Its Oz Launch By 6 Months So It Can Flog Us Veggies Too

Fans and general denizens of the internet, hold on to your wallets, ‘cos online shopping lords Amazon are setting up shop here in Australia

No more expensive postage fees and that nonsense message that boils discontent – “product not available in your country”. Fuck that noise straight to hell.
According to the Australian Financial Review, the US company will be selling online in our fair country, as well as setting up physical shops focusing on regional areas. However, they are holding off for 6 months in order to roll out their fresh produce line at the same time as their general arm. Sweet electronic goods, books and veggies, together at last.
Originally expecting to launch in the first quarter of next year, this fresh produce line surely has local supermarkets shitting their britches.
We excitedly await the opportunity for fresh corn and fresh gadgets to be added to the same, glorious cart.
