Westfield Sydney Is Now Open For Business

Congratulations Sydney, you just a got a little more Dubai. As in “do buy” that handbag, you deserve it what with all the money you make for that thing that you do. What? Well, after two years of construction and an adequate amount of media hoopla, Westfield Sydney – Westfield’s $1.2b seven level shopping destination – has officially opened its doors for business. There are more building phases to come but the shopping mecca will eventually host more than 250 retailers including local heroes Ksubi, Sass and Bide and Zimmermann, internationals Miu Miu, Gucci, DKNY Jeans, Mulberry, Diane von Furstenberg and Prada and high street giants GAP and Zara. Feel inadequate no longer Australian shoppers!

If you wanted to take a look (of course you do), it’s located on Pitt St Mall, Castlereagh and Market streets, and also connects to department store giants David Jones and Myer. Basically we’re a first world country starting from right now.
