Peeps of the fashion industry be all like “It’s not as glamorous as it looks“, and girrrrl they be right.

Hitting back-to-back fashion shows in 40 degree+ heat is the kind of fabulous hell that models, stylists, makeup artists and designers faced at VAMFF recently, and natch that kind of sweat-inducing activity can make it hard to keep all-round fabulousness at bay.

How dare BOM combine Melbourne‘s hottest March day on record with Melbourne’s greatest, most anticipated fash event, AMIRITE?

Catching up with the likes of model Erin Wasson (down under launching her new jewellery line Wasson Fine), Samantha Harris, beauty vlogger/angel face Chloe Morello, international makeup artist Rae Morris and designers Becky Cooper (Bec & Bridge) and Camilla Freeman-Topper (Camilla and Marc), the ladies gave us some insight into what fashion festivals involve for them, and how they stay looking ~mighty fine~ while they’re at it – despite the odds.

On top of that, the fash crowd (supplied to us kindly by Priceline) also dished out their fashion advice, survival tips, and, of course, designers they were frothing to see during the festivities.

See what 24 hours at VAMFF is really like in the vid above, and be prepared for all temps and activities with Maybelline’s Superstay 24-hour Makeup range HERE.

‘Cause we don’t want you melting on us, now, do we?
