The rebooted Disney series ‘DuckTales‘ is headed our way mid-this year, and we’ve finally got our first look at what everything’s gonna look like.
The same old characters from the hugely beloved OG series are all set to return with slick new high-def animation and a star-studded voice cast that includes the likes of David Tennant, Danny Pudi, and Kate Micucci.
Look, kids! It’s Scrooge McDuck! Donald Duck! Huey, Dewey, and Louie! And LAUNCHPAD BY-GOD MCQUACK!
The good news for fans is that the series has already received an order for a second season from Disney XD.
Pudi, Ben Schwartz, and Bobby Moynihan fill the voice roles of Huey, Dewey, and Louie. Meanwhile David Tennant voices Scrooge McDuck, Beck Bennett takes on Launchpad, Micucci plays Webby Vanderquack, and legendary voice actor Tony Anselmo reprises his long-held role of the iconic Donald Duck.
And if that alone ain’t enough to get you hyped, the cast performed the OG DuckTales theme tune for a YouTube vid late last year and it is CUTE AS HECK.
