WATCH: Mad Dog QLDers Made A Slippery Dip In The Middle Of Today’s Fkd Rain

Never let anyone tell you that Queenslanders aren’t profoundly resourceful, particularly in times of crisis.
Mother nature is doing its best to turn the entire lower corner of the state into a lake today, dumping an ex-cyclone’s worth of rain on Brisbane and surrounding areas as the dying flecks of Debbie keep crying out into the good night.
But just because there’s pesky things like “low-level flooding” and “mass school closures” doesn’t mean that QLDers aren’t making the best of it.
7 News Queensland managed to snap footage of a group of crafty young so-and-sos who have utilised the pounding rain by crafting one HELL of a slippery dip on a hill in Coolangatta.

HELL. FKN. YES. That looks SO SICK.

Check out the distance being copped on that grass slide post-PVC sheet. That’s remarkable. Almost a full, complete hill slide. You simply do not see something like that that often nowadays.
It might be raining cats and dogs right now, but every day can be a theme park day if you just think outside the box a little.
Queensland, you’re dag gum alright by us.
