Jude Law takes his suit-wearing, vintage automobile-driving character from Alfie and reworks him as a horny London geezer for ‘Un Rendez Vous’, the first of Guy Ritchie’s three short films for a new campaign for Dior Homme mens fragrance.
The short has Jude, as you’d expect, immaculately turned out in Dior Homme and involved in what seems to be some sort of epic sex game that he is playing with an attractive, sexy-voiced lady friend. Jude speaks in the slow, measured delivery characteristic of most Guy Ritchie creations and the woman (played by Michaela Kocianova) almost gives us a nip slip. Like most Guy Ritchie characters you also get the distinct impression that Jude’s about to get his face smashed in due to the feeling of imminent doom created by the use of Muse tune “Exogenesis Symphony Part 1” as the soundtrack.
