Vetements are basically the internet trolls of the fashion world, so nothing they come out with these days surprises us.
Unless it’s these absolute lugs masquerading as sneakers.
They’re the latest in footwear from the brand, created in collaboration with Reebok. They’re tan nubuck leather, with the largest black rubber sole I have ever seen in my life, and hopefully ever will see.
Obviously the dad sneaker is still kicking (lol) around trend-wise, but honestly what is happening here. Can you even walk in these? Surely they would feel like giant logs tied to your feet.
