Yesterday, United Airlines CEO Oscar Munoz said it was “never too late to do the right thing”, and boy, he’s sure having a crack at it.
The latest from the embattled airline is that every single passenger on board will be refunded the cost of their tickets, reports CNBS.

Meanwhile, David Dao – the doctor who was unceremoniously dragged off the flight – has launched legal action, United stocks have plummeted almost US $1 billion, and upwards of 125,000 people have signed a petition calling for Munoz to step down as CEO.
