The Karl Lagerfeld X Vans Collab Is Here, Will Not Be Worn At Any Skate Parks

If you like your skate style with an (expensive) chic aesthetic to it, you’re in luck. Everyone’s favourite extra designer, Karl Lagerfeld, has dropped his collab with iconic skate brand Vans – and if these campaign shots are anything to go by, they’re really angling for the fashion set to get on board.

Literally no one’ll be wearing these puppies at the local skate park, but you best believe you’ll cop them on fashion bloggers within a month.

According to HypeBeast, the range is entirely monochrome and features 12 items, including a backpack:

And laceless takes on the classic Sk8-Hi and Old Skool shoes.

The capsule range is debuting in its entirety at the Bread & Butter trade show in Berlin, then scores a global release on Sept. 7 across Vans online and Karl Lagerfeld online.

The best bit? It’s actually not gonna be that pricey considering Karl’s name is attached – prices’ll range from $50AUD to $379AUD.
