Ahhhhhh yes, it’s that time of year again. Where we watch the world’s fittest, (and simultaneously) most conventionally beautiful women in the world walk up and down a runway on television, while eating a family-size block of Dairy Milk and convincing ourselves it’s like, so totally fine to drink an entire bottle of wine in one night.
That’s right, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will soon be upon us once again, and the last round of castings concluded in New York City earlier this week.
Imagine that for a job, hey? Meeting with hundreds of beautiful and talented women, in order to find the new flock of nearly-angels who might one day become full-strength VS Angels.
It’s already been announced that superstar Bella Hadid has made the cut in 2016 (following in the footsteps of her big sister Gigi), but it looks like there’s a crapload of fresh photogenic meat in two kay sixteen.
The fifteen women who’ve been picked for the modelling job that tops all the modelling jobs have announced their ‘chosen one’ status on social media.

Georgia Fowler‘s the biggest newbie name on the list; she’s walked for Chanel, AND she dated Harry Styles. She’s a New Zealand gal, but Australia has done what we do best – we’ve claimed Fowler as our own. She’s signed with IMG worldwide.
LAIS OLIVEIRA
Brazilian model Lais Oliveira is a massive fan favourite – she’s a Adriana Lima lookalike, which is… interesting. She’s with Supreme Management in New York & Paris.
ALANNA ARRINGTON
Alanna has just turned 18 years of age, but this Iowa young’un had already opened Altuzarra at the ripe age of seventeen. She loves Harry Potter, and she’s signed with NEXT Models in LA and New York.
JOURDANA ELIZABETH
This lovely goofball is a fresh face with a pretty scarce internet presence. Jourdana is signed with Major Models in New York, and Supreme Management in Paris.

Blonde beauty Maggie Laine might look fresh-faced and straight out of her first go-see, but she’s an experienced walker with a bunch of shows and multiple years experience. She’s with IMG worldwide.

Luma has a wealth of experience under her belt – she’s already a brand ambassador, for L’Oreal AND Paco Rabanne fragrances. She’s with Premier Model Management.

Hawaiian gal Keke is a Insta fave that you’ve probably already seen when you were buying bathers online. She’s with Women Mgmt in NYC.
MARY JANICE DILONE
(but she goes by just ‘Dilone’)
This absolute cutie is stanned so hard on social media, and is a fave of i-D and Carine Roitfeld. A more independent and alternative face for the VS family, she’s with DNA Models.
CINDY BRUNA
Cindy, a French model with a Congolese background, got pranked by her agency Wilhemina New York as the announcement she’d nabbed the Victoria’s Secret casting.
MEGAN WILLIAMS
Megan Williams is a British rose, and she’s also a face of Guess. She’s with Women in New York and Storm Models in London.

A Palm Beach girl, Zuri was discovered at a mall. She was the first black woman to be the face of VS Pink, but this is her first time walking in the VS fashion show. She’s with IMG.
