Stupid Bus Gets Stuck In London Like Its Ass Is In ‘Austin Powers’

This yarn is infinitely funnier if you hit play on the following before reading any further.

Thinking of a career change as a bus driver? Do not ever attempt a three-point turn in a city area. Don’t do it. Don’t even think about it.
A London Bus has gone full life-imitating-art by somehow getting absolutely stone, motherless stuck sideways down a inner-city street, exactly like that one scene in the now-20-years-old ‘Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery.’
The double-decker bus wedged itself on a curb after the driver inexplicably attempted to turn it around in a narrow street in the inner-London area of Cornhill on Saturday afternoon.
While on paper it might’ve looked like some sort of weird April Fools prank, the reality was that the bus found itself in big trouble when, attempting point two of aforementioned three-point turn, the back of the vehicle became wedged on the footpath, hoisting the driving wheels off the ground and rendering the whole vehicle prone.
An amused crowd of on-lookers filmed the scene as some attempted to push the very large bus off the path and back onto the road.

We weren’t kidding. That is some full-on, ‘Austin Powers stuck on a cart in a hallway’ type shite.
For comparison’s sake:

We can only assume that, when they asked the driver what they were thinking, they had to ask the question three times.
That is the necessary amount of times, after all.
