January 2019 brings with it a load of interweb nostalgia with celebrities and fans alike taking part in the ‘10 Year Challenge‘. For the uninitiated, the social media challenge requires individuals to post side-by-side images of themselves in 2009 compared to now.
As you might expect, this level of throwback delivers some truly epic results. Our favourite celeb challenges to date include Mariah Carey‘s sassy quip and, of course, Schapelle Corby’s dramatic contrast.
Now Priyanka Chopra has joined in on the challenge, taking her own spin on the trend.
Rather than posting a glorious throwback snap alongside a pic from 2019, Priyanka instead chose to share a shot of her today – after getting some blonde, balayage-style ends – with a caption discussing how she’s changed over the last 10 years.
You do you, hun.
Before we move onto the caption, Priyanka’s new hair is a significantly lighter look for the star, with her ends now the same hue as her mustard-yellow shirt.
“With this #10yearchallengetaking over the internet, it’s got me thinking about the past ten years of my life, like probably all of you. So much has changed!” wrote Priyanka.

The actress went on to explain how her fre$h ‘do is just one of the way her life has shifted, making reference to her new hubby, Nick Jonas:
“Not just my hair or my clothes (or my husband!), but in how I see the world. How I understand myself. In these 10 years, with everything I’ve done, I realized that it’s my curiosity in others that has led me to grow into who I am today.”
Priyanka finished by mentioning a new project she’s starting, called ‘Just One Thing’, where she asks a slew of mates and role models for life advice:
“So I decided to feed my curiosity by starting a journey where I will meet some extraordinary people. I am a lifelong learner and I am always seeking inspiration. Help me navigate my way through this journey as I ask my peers, role models, and friends — #JustOneThing.”
