The annual Pirelli Calendar is more than 12 months worth of beautiful women in the nude (although it is that too). Shot by the best photographers in the world (Patrick Demarchelier in 2008, Peter Beard in ’09, Terry Richardson in ’10), the perennial NSFW tomes – sponsored by an Italian tyre manufacturer, naturally – deliver more than your standard kitchen-dwelling paper based self-organisation system.
The 2012 calendar has been photographed by acclaimed fashion lensman Mario Sorrenti and features an aesthetically immaculate cast including Lara Stone, Kate Moss, Mila Jovovich, Rinko Kikuchi, Saskia de Brauw, and Isabeli Fontana.
It officially launches in December, but you can get a preview over at Vanity Fair Italia with a handful of newly released behind-the-scenes images of Sorrenti and the girls on the shoot.
