On The Runway At Rick Owens, Peen; Lotsa Peen and Also Balls

The work of expatriated American designer and OG Health Goth Rick Owens so often straddles the latter half of the divide between ‘wearable’ and ‘conceptual’ that it’s easy to forget that, although dear, the crux of what he shows is readily found in the wardrobe of the everyman.

It’s only canny then that overnight at Paris Mens’ Fashion Week, Owens presented for consideration a trend almost everyone can partake of regardless of income, provided you have the right sex organs.
Yes: chic, good old fashion peen is in for Fall/Winter 2015 for dedicated followers of fashion and members of the Owens occult alike. Speaking after the show, titled ‘Sphinx’, Owens attributed the brief, inconspicuous moments of nudity peppered throughout to being little more than “the most simple and primal gesture”:
“It packs a punch. It’s powerful. It’s a straight world now. It says something about being independent. Who else can really get away with this stuff? It’s a corporate world! This was our private moment.”
Okay. If you’re unfamiliar with both Owens’ work and dicks alike, an oversize cotton jersey t-shirt retails for around $336 – $437AUD; an oversize dick is usually harder to come by.
Both come in a variety of colours.
