In news that will melt your heart, and potentially your footwear, Twitter user @Autumn_Kamrie recently took to social media to share pictures of her now-mini Nike slides after they shrunk in her car from the sun.

The initial tweet, which has since amassed over 770,000 likes and 170,000 retweets, has prompted other Twitter users to come forward about their own experiences with sun-shrunken Nike slides.
“This shit is sooooo funny cause it happened to my boyfriend like a year ago,” user @timaknowsbest commented.
“Left mine outside to dry and the same thing happened lol,” @iluvchristie added.
