New Kate Moss Pics For Longchamp

As we reported earlier this year, Kate Moss has signed up with French accessories brand, Longchamp, to design a signature line of bags – after having spend four years as the face of the label.

The face of the campaign for her first collection is – surprise surprise – La Moss herself, of course. The campaign focuses on the idea behind the Moss/Longchamp collaboration – combining the tradition of Longchamp’s heritage and the distinctive rock ‘n’ roll style and attitude that Kate has virtually patented throughout the years.

Shot by British photographer David Sims, the images are certainly beautiful photographs of a very beautiful and very photogenic woman… however, despite being shot in black and white, the whole editorial kind of reeks of beige. With Moss’s edgier style cred and her ability to magically pioneer the latest trends, we expected something slightly more… more.

Also, the bags are kind of… the Zebra print looks cheap-ish and the shapes are generally quite conservative and look more Guess than Longchamp. Not quite as “rock” as the campaign suggests. See for yourself:
