New Aussie E-Tailer Lets You Try Before You Buy

As ASOS ships two jumbo jets of stock to our shores per week and Topshop prepares to thoroughly dominate everyone and dictate what Australian festival-goers wear for at least the next ten years, local e-tailers have been forced to evolve their offering to stand out from the High Street throng. One such entity is Kaeho.com.au, an online menswear boutique that focuses on customer service over profits with a novel approach to shopping that eliminates the guess work. Namely, a no-fuss buying policy which lets you order garments in as many sizes as you’d like, try them on in the comfort of your own home, then send back anything that doesn’t fit or that you don’t like for a full refund. On top of that, Kaeho pays for all shipping both ways and they ship overnight! Sounds like a Nigerian Ponzi Scheme? Yep. Is it for real? We think so.

“As consumers ourselves, we don’t like it when retailers lock us in. So we don’t lock in our customers,” says co-founder Daniel Clark. “If you don’t like what you ordered, we’ll refund your card within 24 hours and we’ll pay the shipping so you’re not out of pocket.”

Kaeho currently carries Dr. Denim, Edwin, Cheap Monday and Onitsuka Tiger, meaning most gents will find something to try and buy. Even if you don’t, at least you won’t have to navigate a pushy sales person whose judgement is as apparent as your humungous butt. Change rooms are just the worst.
