Millie Bobby Brown’s 1st Major Fashion Campaign For Calvin Klein Is An 11

Is this girl killing it or is this girl killing it. The breakout fashion star of Stranger Things, Millie Bobby Brown, is just going next bloody level with her style muse career – and the latest is she’s now the poster gal for Calvin Klein‘s upcoming and highly anticipated first line from Raf Simons.

I am so honored to be a part of this -“A cast of distinct individuals brings the idea to life: Strength of character is key. Whether famous or unknown, all are treated equally” — Calvin Klein By Appointment

ICYMI, or just aren’t as clued up on fashion biz as you’d like to be, Raf used to be the Creative Director of Womenswear for Dior, doing some A+ takes on the fashion house’s iconic 50’s dress shapes but keeping a modern edge, something which skyrocketed sales for the brand and generally made him a major fashion icon.

Raf announced a move to Calvin Klein mid last year, and this upcoming line will be the first from him as Chief Creative Officer for the brand, with these new pics being the first look at what his take on CK will be.

Called ‘Calvin Klein By Appointment’, the line is a re-imagination of the celeb-only pieces CK has always had, but making them available for everyone with a made-to-measure service option. Well, everyone with a bazillion bucks.

The promo pics feature a gang of gals you know and love beyond Millie, like models Natalie Westling and Kiki Willems, as well as Aussie slashie Abbey Lee Kershaw, who is just legs forever in this American flag skirt:

According to Raf, the collection is a big celebration of American style.
“[The line] is very much about celebrating the American woman and American fashion,” he said in a statement, and will take inspiration from “[the] ‘20s, ‘30s, ‘40s, ‘50s, ‘60s, ‘70s, ‘80s, ‘90s, 2000s, [and] now,” sooo basically the entire last century.

The pics were shot by Raf’s go-to photog pal Willy Vanderpierre, and styled by his longtime collab guy Olivier RizzoThe gals in the campaign weren’t chosen just coz they’re cool, either.

“[They’re a ] cast of distinct individuals that bring the idea to life: Chosen for who they are, where an essential strength of character is key. Whether famous or unknown, all are treated equally,” Raf stated.

The line’s available in April, but given it’s all bespoke and custom it’s prob not for us regular folk to buy. Raf’s first full CK show is happening on Feb 10 at New York Fashion Week, and judging by these styles the hype is only gonna get more nuts.
