Since becoming Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle has taken on many a royal responsibility and now she’s stepping into the fashion world to offer her ~regal~ thoughts on the September Issue of British Vogue.
A sneaky source told Us Weekly that the new mama will guest edit the beloved fash publication, helmed by editor-in-chief Edward Enninful.
Meghan will preside over what is considered to be the monthly magazine’s most important edition of the year: the fall fashion issue.

Apparently her role in the issue’s production won’t just be as a figurehead, she is said to really be making her mark(le) on the issue.
“Meghan will be writing an opinion piece of her own as well as bringing a selection of female change-makers on board to write their own personal essays,” the insider reveals.
Just for you spicy royal fans, Markle will also be appearing in “new photos that haven’t been taken yet,” notes the source, adding that the shoot will take place at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, England, next week.

This isn’t Meghan’s first experience as an editor. She was previously the founder and editor of the now-defunct lifestyle website The Tig before its closure.
Now, I’m not one to believe idle gossip (oh who am I kidding? I’m an entertainment editor), but if the rumours of Meghan being a catty gal are true, the underlings at Vogue had better look out for their fierce and powerful new leader who rules with an iron fist.
