MBFWA Street Style Snaps: Day 5

Street style went to the dogs today (literally) on the final day of Mercedes Benz Australian Fashunz Week. As fatigue crept in, as did a proportionately higher number of creepers among the show-goers in general. Below, however, are a couple of the Internetz’ finest at the top of their toes and their style game for your rapid consumption (just don’t throw them up later).

Alyx Gorman, Editor of The Vine
Favourite piece: my long leather skirt from a thrift store in Brooklyn.

The security guard at The Tent’s Napoleon Mastiff
Favourite piece: my ‘SECURITY’ bandana.

BryanBoy
Prada trousers and polo shirt, Commes Des Garçons sweater, Proenza Schouler bag, Nike shoes and Australian designer Suzy O’Rourke hat.

Tim Blanks, Vogue Correspondant and Editor at Large Style.com
Being awesome before Akira.

Rumi Neely
Also being awesome in a Bash number after Akira.

Kate Waterhouse
Date-ready in Burberry after Akira.

Akira Isogawa
Not really street style, but here’s Akira being the epitome of gracious during his much-anticipated presentation in The Box. He walked each model to their podium and put his finishing touch on their (pretty spectacular) dresses.

Candice Lake
Shooting and being shot outside Bless’ed Are The Meek. Chanello.

Phil Oh and Tommy Ton
Shooting like crazy after BATM, Phil in Opening Ceremony’s Kermit sweater and Tommy in (what could be) Burberry Ikat print shirt.

Ollie Henderson
After closing BATM, total pro OH hammed it up on her way to a fitting, only to be stalked for the next 500m by the above. More from Ollie soon.
