Fear not future brides and bridesmaids, 27 Dresses was completely misleading: bridesmaid dresses don’t have to, nor should they, be hideous satin pain-rags. Sydney-based fashion label Manning Cartell has introduced a bridesmaid range as part of their ever-growing label, which has already partly launched in stores with more styles dropping in the next few weeks.
The three founding sisters, Cheryl, Vanessa and Gabrielle Manning have come together with illustrator Pippa McManus to create some beautiful sketches for the range’s look book. Soft fabrics, draping, and peplum are the focus in this feminine and understated approach to wedding glamour, so if sequins and taffeta aren’t your thing, this is definitely the way to go.
Manning Cartell will also be offering an appointment-only exclusive service in dedicated areas of their stores where different styles, sizes and colours can be ordered along with an in store stylist to assist choices.
