Lily-Rose Depp Walked Before Cara At Chanel, So Not Bad For A Catwalk Debut

It’s a big fkn deal for any young model to open a show, let alone one for Chanel. And to be chosen over Cara Delevingne?
Karl Lagerfeld gave Lily-Rose Depp – the A-list spawn of Johnny and Vanessa Paradis – the honour of kicking off the French fashion house’s annual Metiers d’Arts show in Paris – and for her first major runway debut, no less.

The 17-year-old was followed by longtime Chanel muses Cara and Pharrell Williams, plus newcomer Sofia Richie (Lionel’s daughter) at the private show in a saloon at the Ritz Paris (all v. posh).

Cara didn’t mind being trumped by a fresh face, though: she jigged her way down the makeshift runway as only Cara would.
