Khloé Kardashian’s Bold New ‘Do Is Shaping Up To Be The Celeb Hairstyle Of 2019

The phrase ‘new year, new you’ is possibly my most-loathed saying in the English language. There’s something about the prospect of waiting until January to ‘better yourself’ that just seems kinda random. Like, if you can think of something you wanna change, why not start… now?

But anyway, not matter how much I might dislike the cliché, there seems to be something about the prospect of a new year that prompts people to shake things up a little. And change is, fundamentally, good.

Whether it’s switching your fitness routine, altering your living situation or simply getting a new hair cut, it appears to be the time of year to something different.

And it seems celebrities feel the exact same way, with a slew of A-listers debuting new haircuts in the run up to January. There’s one hairstyle, however, that’s shaping up to be the hairstyle of 2019.

Introducing: Sherbet pink locks.

Khloé Kardashian is the latest to join the gang, sharing a picture of her soft pink strands on Instagram overnight.

To refresh your memory, here’s what her hair looked like beforehand:

Yup, we recognise those beachy blonde waves. Now it’s all baby pink goodness:

Kylie Jenner made a similar move a few weeks back, with a pastel blush bob:

Ashley Tisdale got in on the big mood too with this rose gold lob:

Elle Fanning is also a fan, calling her shade ‘bubblegum pink’:

Earlier this year a handful of other celebs paved the way for the nostalgic trend with everyone from Ariana Grande and Kim Kardashian to Hailey Baldwin sporting the look:

Ariana Grande went for a bleached, ashy shade:

Whereas Kim drew inspo from Japanese manga characters:

Hailey Baldwin’s look even had traces of highlighter pink at the front:

If the recent celebrity fans are anything to go off, this bold hair trend is gonna stick around well into 2019.
