In this weeks ‘WTF’ news, Kat von D Beauty has announced that they’ve collabborated with the lord of guy-liner, Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day fame, for a new eye product. Yep, apparently it’s 2001 again.
The product is called ‘Basket Case‘ – a reference to the Green Day song from their 1994 album ‘Dookie‘. Judging from the promotional shoot pics Kat and Billie Joe have uploaded to their Instagram accounts, it looks like it’ll be a smudgy one – that’s Billie Joe’s trademark look after all.

We even got a bit of a squiz at the packaging, which Kat teased on the Kat von D Beauty Insta account.
Kat’s Tattoo Liner is hailed as one of the best liquid black eyeliners in the biz, so you can bet your sweet bippy this one’ll be just as expertly created and is likely to get a cult following.
No word yet on when it drops/if it’ll hit Aussie stores, but we’ll be keeping a well-eyelined eye on her social accounts.
