Actor and all-around weird unit, Jared Leto, has rocked up to the 2019 Met Gala carrying his own head, which is normal.

Wearing a red dress by Gucci, Leto walked around showing off his fancy replica head to everyone, which looks uncannily like his own bonce, which is the whole point, I guess.
He even let Shawn Mendes have a hold which is very nice. Look at how happy he is to hold the head. Magic.
You can tell he really wanted to have a hold of it, too. Look at him in the background here.
The whole carry-you-own-severed-head thing is a nod to a recent Gucci fashion show in which models did exactly the same thing.

The 2018 Autumn/Winter runway show caused a bit of a fuss online, as things of this nature often do. And hey, I may not know much at all about fashion, but I know weird shit when I see it, and this is pretty weird, man.
