BYE MONEY: There’s A H&M x Moschino Collaboration Hitting Stores This Year

H&M collaborations are the stuff of dreams for folks who adore those high-falutin’ fashion houses but have literal chump change for throwing at new threads. The global behemoth of a brand is known for teaming up with epic brands for capsule collections that come with wallet-friendly price tags but don’t skimp on the signature details.

The brands Erdem collab was the latest to go gangbusters, but we reckon this one’ll get to Balmain levels of nuts. Yup, Moschino (with Jeremy Scott at the creative helm) are getting in on the H&M collection party.

The range will be called Moschino [tv] H&M, which is weird but okay. You’ll be waiting until November 8th of this year to get your mitts on any of it, but in the meantime Jeremy Scott took Gigi Hadid along to his annual party at Coachella to make the announcement via Instagram live – both dressed in the new wares.

“I am so excited about Moschino [tv] H&M,” he said in a statement. “My life’s work has been to connect with people through fashion, and with this collaboration I’ll be able to reach more of my fans than I’ve ever had the ability to do.”

He also gave Vogue a small hint as to what to expect from the range.

“There’s a silver sequinned parka dress,” Scott told Vogue. “Denim pieces are all twisted into something else. Puffers and jackets are reconfigured into cropped things or double-long things. There’s a sportswear-with-evening kind of feeling, like a hockey jersey with a train.”

Hi hello I bags the silver sequinned parka dress mates don’t even try for it. Also, Gigi’s boots. No word on whether they’re officially part of the collab but given they feature in H&M’s official post promo for the line, I reckon there’s a strong chance.

November 8th couldn’t come quickly enough, amirite?
