Follow These Instagram Accounts If You’re Turned On By Interiors

Whether you’re saving your pennies up to invest in the most luxe of buttery leather lounges, or still making do with some strategically placed throws to hide the red wine stains on your old-as-hell futon, gazing lovingly at lush interior design is probably something you do on the regular. There’s something so calming about a well placed chair or light-filled vintage-style kitchen.

There’s also something weirdly… sexual about it. Let’s not psychologically delve too deep into that though, friends. Let’s just enjoy these aesthetically pleasing (and hot?) accounts. Double taps all round.

First off the ranks is Aussie owned The Design Files. Rather than sticking to a single home aesthetic, the popular blog (and it’s correlating Instagram account) focus on individuality and the expression of personality via interiors. You’ll find everything from bohemian masterpieces to minimalist chic here.

A post shared by Henriette Amlie (@designlykke) on

Henriette Amlie is an interior designer and stylist, and damn does it show. Often snapping her own impeccably laid-out home, Henriette is all about relaxed, low-key style – think crushed linen and tan leather, with a few statement plants thrown in for good measure.

A post shared by Jane Ledger (@ledgelovespace) on

Another Aussie, interior designer Jane Ledger hails from Perth, and her style is clean lines and furniture that could pass as straight up art. You’ll die over some of the chairs in her feed, seriously.
Stephanie Stamatis is a photo stylist and half of an events management team, and her style is a sort of “beauty in the mess” vibe. Think stacks of vintage books, lime-washed stone walls, and piles of raw-edged pottery. If your aesthetic is more about creative clutter than clean lines, you’ll be addicted.

A post shared by Studio Ashby (@studioashby) on

An interior design company, Studio Ashby has a killer IG account that pretty much any interior style lover can get on board with. There’s a strong focus on statement vintage pieces, like mid-century furniture and velvet armchairs – but always with a modern take.

A post shared by Kate Arends (@witanddelight_) on

US based Kate Arends is the brain behind lifestyle site Wit and Delight, which features everything from mouth-watering recipes to (what we’re all here for) interiors. Her aesthetic is ‘lived-in’, with gorgeous worn Persian rugs and rattan furtniture. Plus, her pup Winnie Bear Peters makes regular appearances, and we’re always here for the doggos.

A post shared by Coco (@cococozy) on

LA native Coco literally has a double life – she’s a high-powered exec in her day job, and then has a Forbes award-winning interiors blog, Coco Cozy, that she operates outside of work. What a hustler, right? Her feed is pretty much luxe homes you’ll never in your life be able to afford, but will make you swoon nonetheless.

A post shared by Homepolish (@homepolish) on

Another profesh interior design service, Home Polish is like the greatest Pinterest feed ever, right there on your Insta feed. Their focus is on entire spaces as opposed to individual homewares pieces – and damn, do they know how to style a room.
