Style blog darling Susannah Lau of Style Bubble has obviously been preparing for her pending return to Australia for Fashion Week by studying up on a few local designers, namely Dion Lee.
Susie posted the images (below) from Dion’s second summer collection which, she writes, are “just a smattering of images from a whooping 200-page book entitled ‘II’ photographed by Bec Parsons and art directed by Kate Rogers. It’s page after page of the kind of fresh-faced beauty that makes me hate my skin a little bit.”
The notable lack of pants makes me hate my ass a little bit, too.
This small preview of Lee’s new collection – featuring his typically gorgeous deconstructed tailoring in dreamy pastels – has provided enough of a foretaste to get us suitably excited for it’s arrival in stores come July/August.
Dion Lee will present on Thursday 5 May at Rosemount Australia Fashion Week.
