Whether you absolutely froth winter or loathe it with the fire of a thousand suns, there’s one thing we can all agree on: we bloody love bringing our jeans back into high-rotation. I’ve lost track of how many summery days I had an outfit ready to go, only to find that it was too freakin’ hot outside to wear my favourite mum-jeans, forcing me to swap ’em out for a pair of ‘meh’ frayed shorts.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t hate shorts. I do, however, begrudge the effort that goes into maintaining smooth, tanned legs. Do I have to do the leg shiz? Nope. Do I anyway? Yes. But begrudgingly.
JEANS though….. well, they’re just the dandiest. You can shimmy them on rain, hail or shine and be out the door in less than 10 seconds, flat.

You can either nominate yourself for the snazzy overhaul, or that mate who’s blissfully unaware when it comes to all things fashion-related – it depends how nice you’re feeling, to be honest.
For instance, if your jeans are starting to look more weathered than a rusty Kombi van after a lifetime on the Northern Beaches, complete with unintentional rips and stains, then perhaps you should treat yo’self to the nom.
Alternatively, if your cute but clueless mate hates forking out for new clothes, but will happily go on a spending spree when it’s free, perhaps you should fang a nomination their way. The choice is yours.
