After enlisting Scarlett Johansson to spruik their wares earlier this year, Spanish fashion brand Mango spring for a lesser known (but no less appealing) quartet of bright young things to model their Autumn/Winter 09 collection.
The ambassadors chosen: Br”it” girl Daisy Lowe, Misshape Leigh Lezark, Elvis’ Granddaughter Riley Keough and Marie Ange Casta were handpicked “because of their undeniable personality, originality and unique style.” Mango’s website further explains: “Each one perfectly reflects the essence of the collection. Their respective careers, linked to the world of fashion and art, bring an avante-garde and fresh perspective to the collection.”
Though we’d love to believe everything we read online…the collection certainly is a lot of things avant-garde however isn’t one of them.
