Chronicles Of Never creative honcho Gareth Moody revisits his signature goth-chic aesthetic for Autumn/Winter 2012, the label’s third collection to feature women’s wear. While the usual Chronicles trademarks are all there (drapery, minimalism, denims, raw edges and artfully crumpled leather work) there are also a few pieces that take a more experimental direction with structure and form: a black high-collar coat for him, and a angular black sheath and terrific tuxedo-inspired leather jacket for her. Fans of Chronicles Of Never’s former seasons will be happy to see that the beloved black is still the main item on the menu.
