Hear that American Apparel is opening stores in China? Does this mean that the Chinese will finally be able to look at the tag and go “made in America…pfft.”?
“The retailer is expected to open its first store on the Mainland this weekend, in the World Trade Centre in Beijing, after months of delays. American Apparel hopes to open four more stores in the country this year.”
Whatever the outcome of the venture at least we know that with all these Chinese hipsters running around in tall-tees there’ll be loads more keut azns on Hipster Runoff. Score.
