It’s great to see Harper’s BAZAAR Australia has continued to redirect their focus from a more mature type of cover model (Jennifer Aniston, for example, who appeared on June 2010 issue) to fresh-faced fashion ingenues like diminutive Australian Bambi Northwood-Blyth, the September Issue cover girl Karlie Kloss, and British It girl Alexa Chung who appears on the cover of this month’s October 2011 issue.
Styled by BAZAAR’s fashion editor and adviser to Kanye West, Christine Centenera, the shoot has Ms Chung modeling pieces from the Chanel Cruise 2012 collection with amazing jewellery from Chopard. The shoot keeps a youthful, sexy accessibility through the relaxed styling of her hair and makeup, and beautitul photography by Angelo Pennetta.
