A.P.C.’s Australian Flagship Store Opens In Melbourne Today

Melburnians with a predilection for all Breton stripe everything, a laissez-faire approach to finances, a certain je ne sais quoi to uphold and a penchant for dropping superfluous French clichés into conversation will cream their raw selvedge denim on learning that the cultish Parisian label Kanye West prefers, A.P.C., opened their Australian flagship this morning in the city’s QV Building
According to Vogue, the first Australian outpost for the utilitarian luxe workwear-inspired label was designed by in-house architect Laurent Deroo and will stock the full men’s and women’s collections and accessories, alongside wares created with repeat collaborators like Aesop, EastpakCarharttNike, Vanessa Seward, Bonton (for your chic rich bébé) and, most recently, graphic design duo M/M Paris (for your boyfriend, who is an architect).
A.P.C. is the typically late and latest addition to an Australian high street invasion that has so far included pretty much everyone. Relevant:
