1st Trailer For Bolt Doco Proves It Ain’t Too Shabby Being The World’s Best

Finally; international man of mystery (… okay, not really) Usain Bolt has never been part of a documentary about himself before – until now.
The Jamaican bloke with the world’s fastest legs is firmly cementing his legacy with a doco that includes plenty of sweat, hauling weights, falling down and getting back up again.
There’s a plethora of shots of Bolt dancing with attractive women, riding dirt bikes, attending glow-in-the-dark paint parties, and hanging out on yachts wearing T-shirts that read ‘Super Rich Kid’.
The dichotomy of the life of a super successful, record-breaking, hyper-famous Olympic athlete – make your body into a well-oiled machine, and then a that could unravel it gets handed to you on a silver platter.
But, the intimate portrayal shows off Bolt‘s insanely gruelling training schedules and some of the major setbacks he’s endured, to show audiences that it isn’t all fun and yachts. Those ice baths look bloody awful, tbh.
Usain will be speaking at the premiere in London next month, but has made this statement about the doco:
“My aim with making this film is to show people how my life really is… What I’ve been through to get me where I am today, the ups and the downs, and an insight into what I am thinking and feeling.

I know a lot of people around the world feel like they know me already but I’m excited for everyone to see the real me in ‘I AM BOLT’.”
Watch:
It’s being released on November 28 this year, so we’d suggest fearlessly sprinting into cinemas then.
