Which Of These Non-Sexy Sports Should The Olympics Axe?

Every now and then a new sport is considered to join the pantheon of competitive physical activities contested in the Olympic Games, opening up opportunities for chic pastimes like sailing to make heroes of its participants. The flip side of this means dropping other less luxurious sports from the Olympic syllabus; sports like wrestling, baseball-softball and squash, all of which will face the chopping block heading toward the 2020 Games.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) will select only one of the aforementioned activities to join the group of 25 core sports guaranteed for inclusion in the 2020 Games. In September the IOC will vote to determine which of these will remain relevant in the Olympics of the future. Which should it be?

Me? I think they’re all a bore. Wrestling is just professional squirming. No one does baseball-softball properly except America, Cuba and Japan, like cricket but with different countries. Squash is just indoor handball with pussy racquets for finance dudes. One will be staying, however, so which should it be?
