Vote For Australian Striker Lisa De Vanna’s Incredible Bicycle Kick For FIFA’s Goal Of The Year

Twenty-eight year old Perth-born Matildas striker and Sky Blue forward Lisa De Vanna has been nominated as one of ten contenders for FIFA’s Puskàs Award for the most outstanding Goal Of The Year – an amazing bicycle kick executed in the American National Women’s Soccer League against the Boston Breakers.
You can vote for De Vanna – who has also played in the English and Swedish leagues, as well as in the W-League for the Perth Glory, Newcastle Jets and Brisbane Roar in addition to representing Australia in the Athens Olympics and at two World Cups – here; voting closes on December 9th, after which time a shortlist of three finalists will be decided on, with an ultimate victor decided on January 13th.
Unlike a bicycle kick, which – let’s face it – you’ll probably never do, voting takes less than ten seconds and is as simple as a click.
