The Stig Storms The BBC In A Tank To Deliver Top Gear Petition

In a gesture so hilariously over-the-top it’s worthy of … well, Top Gear, masked daredevil The Stig has rolled up to the BBC’s headquarters in a goddamn tank to deliver a petition in support of Jeremy Clarkson.

The embattled host has been in the headlines this week for … well, being Jeremy Clarkson, but specifically, for a stoush with a Top Gear producer, that resulted in his suspension from the wildly popular show.
Clarkson’s future at the BBC is currently being determined behind closed doors, and it has been hinted that if he returns, the station will require him to have a minder by his side, to keep him out of trouble.
Top Gear fans are clamoring for the host’s return – a Change.Org petition to reinstate him has gathered more than a million signatures, and overnight, The Stig stopped traffic in London when he delivered it to BBC headquarters.
The public were apparently warned of the stunt ahead of time … y’know, because the sight of a tank rolling through the streets of London might be the cause of some mild panic.
The final episodes of the current season of Top Gear have been postponed by the BBC, and it’s likely that Clarkson’s fate will be learned next week.
