The Internet Is Roasting Tom Brady’s Not-So-Great Super Bowl First Half

The first half of Super Bowl LI is in the can and it has been an exhibition of the Atlanta Falcons machine thus far.

The birds hyper-powered offence has been on a tear, putting up two touchdowns for the half. But its defence has been just as productive, forcing two turnovers for 7 additional points, registering the score at 21-3 in favour of the Falcons as Lady Gaga prepares to put on a show.
And as much as people are enjoying watching the Falcons get it done, holy hell are they ever getting a kick of watching Tom Brady squirm.

And then there’s this scorcher of a gag, which proves that sometimes the most obvious punchlines are the best:

Now, you write off Tom Brady in Super Bowl at your own damned peril, of course. He’s the statistical GOAT and he’s got a lot of motivation to pull one out of the bag here.

But this is the internet. And the internet never forgets.
Big second half comin’!
