The Emirates Melbourne Cup just got a genuine lift in the celebrity stakes with Rose Byrne announced as a special guest in the Lexus Design Pavilion. The babein’ homegrown Bridesmaids, Get Him To The Greek and X-Men First Class actress will add some sparkle to a distinctly tepid Cup guest list which includes Mischa Barton , Delta Goodrem and Brynne and Geoffrey Edelsten.
Byrne, who’ll be fighting it out with Katut and Rhonda for our undivided attention, is suitably chuffed at the prospect of all-you-can-eat horderves and bottomless bubbly.
