Rising Penrith Panthers Star Caught Up In Revenge Porn Attack By Ex-GF

Rising Penrith Panthers star Bryce Cartwright has been caught up in a revenge porn attack, according to the Daily Telegraph, with his former partner posting pornographic images of him on social media, threatening to kill him and claiming she has images of him engaging in illegal behaviour.

The messages were posted to Twitter starting on Sunday. They have been removed, but the NRL Integrity Unit is in possession of the images attached. “The NRL Integrity Unit is aware of online activity relating to Bryce Cartwright and has asked the Penrith Panthers for further information,” an NRL spokesman said.
The Tele reports that the images have been reviewed and Cartwright will not be placed under investigation.
Cartwright is considered a boon for the Panthers even among a club with a strong side they reckon will make them contenders for the 2017 premiership.
Cartwright’s manager Allan Gainey says his former partner – who allegedly broke up with him over another woman – is “nothing more than a jilted lover”.

“I understand her Facebook has been shut down and I know she has been warned multiple times,” he said. “She is very troubled.”
