Kyrgios Slays In Thrilling Win Against Andreas Seppi, Set To Face Andy Murray In Quarter Finals

The finest legend to rise from our Nation’s capital, 19-year-old (ugh) Nick Kyrgios continues to slay at the Australian Open, after his absolutely thrilling victory over Italy’s Andreas Seppi in last night’s fourth round.

Last night’s match lasted a terrifying 3 hours and 24 minutes, finishing up 5-7, 4-6, 6-3, 7-6 (7-5), 8-6. Advancing to the quarter finals, Kyrgios is the first teenager – since Federer – to make it to two grand slam finals. Kyrgios, who strangely does not have a sporting nick name as of yet (Kyrgi? Nicky? NK? terrible options), is officially the last Aussie standing at the Australian Open, following Atomic Kitten’s loss to Tomas Berdych yesterday.

Kyrgios will face off against Britain’s Andy Murray in the quarter final this week. Last night, Kyrgios described TFW you secure an epic win: “I don’t think it’s sunk in yet. When I saw I had finally won the match it was incredible. It was the best feeling I ever had, to know the body could come back from two sets to love, knowing I haven’t had matches, it’s just massive confidence.”

Kyrgios’ match against Murray looks to be an intense one, but can you count how truly few fucks Kyrgios gives, via this neon photoshop dream? None is correct, comrades. Absolutely none.
