Dawn Fraser Defends Nick Kyrgios Comments: “I’m Not Racist.”

Here it is, people, the obligatory I’M NOT RACIST BUT.

Earlier today, Dawn Fraser said some pretty terrible things about Nick Kyrgios and Bernard Tomic, mainly that if they don’t like their roles as example setters, they should “go back to where their fathers or their parents came from.”

We LITERALLY had a TV show with that title, Dawn. About racists. Did we learn nothing?

Anyway, Dawn has come out defending her comments to Fairfax, and I shit you not, this is what she said:

“I’m not a racist person, if you take [my comments] that way then I’m sorry that you take it that way, but I’m not racist at all.”

If you were to go to shit racists say dot com, all you’d see is a giant wall of text with “I’m not racist but” written 400 times.

She continues:

“I said, ‘If they don’t want to be Australians then maybe they should go back to the country where their parents come from’. That’s not being racist.”

Also these comments:

“I said they were not good Australians by behaving the way they are on court. Do you think they are?”

“He’s just bad mannered; he’s just a bad sport.”

Dawn, mate, this hole you’re digging. Put the shovel down.
