Storm fullback Billy Slater has been cleared to play the grand final this Sunday after the NRL judiciary found him not guilty of a grade one shoulder charge against Sharks winger Sosaia Feki.

The result, which came after almost 50 minutes of deliberation, means that he will be able to play one final game before his retirement from the league.

The charge came about after a tackle in which Slater prevented Feki from scoring a try by pushing him over the sideline in a Sharks-Storm preliminary final on Friday last week.

The grand final this Sunday will see the Storm face off against the Roosters.
