Adelaidians Fkn Furious Over WSW Fans Trashing Home Ground At Grand Final

After Adelaide United‘s 3 – 1 victory over the Western Sydney Wanderers in the A-League Grand Final over the weekend, the happiness has been slightly tarnished by a broken stadium.
While the only headlining example of aggressive behaviour was flares being lit in one of the bays before the game had even begun, it seems that’s not all that happened.

Adelaide fans are furious that Adelaide Oval was not left in its previously stunning condition, with rows of chairs broken or flattened.
This photo, which has been shared 200+ times and liked/commented on many more, was posted to Western Sydney’s Facebook page, with the photographer Dylan requesting that they pay for the damage caused to their home ground (and SA pride and joy), the Adelaide Oval.
As you probably imagine, plenty of soccer fans are joining Dylan in his request, with many opining that WSW fans are ‘a disgrace’.
There’s also plenty of claims in the comments that aggressive behaviour was rife, fights and ‘riots’ occurred on the streets, and fans travelling from NSW actually defaced and burned the South Australia border sign upon entering the state.
We will update this story as more information about this comes to light.

UPDATE: 7 News are reporting that the South Australian sign on the border of NSW has indeed been defaced by Western Sydney Wanderers supporters.
