As Nate Diaz took down Conor McGregor with a hectic choke, a bunch of UFC punters were acting out their own fight night on the streets of south Sydney.
Up to 50 people were involved in the bloody brawl outside the Ritz Hotel in Hurstville, with hectic footage showing a swarm of young people spilling out of the venue onto the street and throwing punches.
Police were called to the Forest Road pub just after 5pm, as the fight was continuing, to find one 17-year-old boy with a suspected fractured eye socket and the other with bruising to his forehead (the former was taken to St George Hospital for treatment).
Despite the fact it was a full-blown fisticuff between a shitload of people, with video evidence, only one 15-year-old girl was arrested at the scene… for offensive language.
She was taken to Hurstville Police Station, where she was later let off with a youth citation.
No further charges have been laid but police say inquiries are continuing.
