3 Tennis Australia Execs Just Resigned, Which Isn’t Suspicious At All

Blooooooody hell. So, an ever-so-minor update has occurred in the tennis world, in addition to the huge match-fixing scandal that’s happening.

Three members of the Tennis Australia board just quit.
The three are, former players Kerryn Pratt and Janet Young, and Tasmanian businessman Peter Armstrong. Young has been a member of the board since 2008, and Pratt and Armstrong joined the board in 2014.
While there has been no reason given for the trio tendering their resignations, there is unconfirmed claims of ‘a revolt’, according to Newscorp
Since the beginning of the match-fixing scandal, multiple high-profile players have come forward and admitted that they had been approached on social media to ‘throw games’, including Novak Djokovic and Thanasi Kokkinakis.
Tennis Australia is yet to make a statement, but we will update this story as more information arises.
